Hot Fish Club

Established in the early eighteenth century, the original members included governors, military officers, and professional members who enjoyed “good food, good wine, and good talk”. Each member would bring a favorite disheor wine, and furnish a “box of champagne” for the club. For supper a local fisherman would bring in more the catch & cook it “HOT”. We continue the tradition and pride ourselves on our personalized service, and outstanding HOT fish!
